What We Learned From Our First Year

Not everything went the way we planned. Some outreach days had lower turnout than we hoped, and we learned to communicate earlier and more clearly with the communities we visit. Other things worked better than expected, especially our mentorship pairings, which is why we're investing more there going forward.
